I'm sorry if this is a common noob post, but I'm starting a IF plan, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it logistically. Any IF that can give me some guidance?
37 male 230 lbs, goal is to get to 180 lbs
I work most days from 9-6
I've been trying to stick to 7-17 from 1 to 8, but that often makes it so I miss a chance to eat lunch at work, and then end up binging on junk when I get out of work. I tried a 8-3p, but I always ended breaking it when I go out with friends.
- People that do OMAD, where do you usually stick it?
- And do you end up changing your foods a lot, or just eat what you like in that time?
- And how do you find energy to workout? I've been trying to orde premade meal plans, but they're all based on low-calorie diets, so they don't fill me up when I eating 1-2 meals a day!
- Lastly, do people in their 30-40s find this harder than people in their 20s?
I really appreciate having this community, and am impressed with all of your effort and willpower! This is probably the last time I can get excited to try something. If this doesn't work, I may just learn to accept being a fatty, lol.
