I haven’t weighed myself for two-three years and I discovered I weigh approx 94 kg and not 75-80 any more. This gave me a shock and I hit the gym today for the first time in forever instead of making various excuses and tomorrow I’m thinking of buying the cheapest Fitbit to motivate myself through raw data.
Any tips to making the calorie counting, fasting and exercising train running would be appreciated. I’m happy I found this sub. I’m currently on my second day of attempting intermittent fasting.
