How do you break you fast?

I am having some stomach pain after I start eating, I've tried different things and it's very up and down.
I'm doing 16:8 IF with my first meal around 11am. I do yoga twice a week at 6am, and three times a week at 8:30. On the early mornings, I might have a coffee to stop hunger.
My question is, what is the first thing you put in your mouth to break your fast?
