Been doing 16:8 for about a month 5-6x a week.
Every year it snows hard I dread shoveling the driveway. I’ve literally passed out a couple of years doing it.
Well after 12” of snow this weekend and my wife’s refusal to miss her fitness class appt (you go booboo!) it was time to do the husbandly duties and shovel the driveway.
An hour later (usually takes 2) driveway is clear and van is unburied. While my back hurt like hell as usual, It really wasn’t that bad. Back stopped hurting right afterwards and I’m good to go, whereas a couple years ago I would have been down for the count the rest of the day.
I’ve definitely noticed having a bit more energy lately but this is something else.
Wtf? Am I FatSuperman now? I’ve lost about 10lb or so but haven’t done any cardio or anything.
