Day 2 morning. OMAD 23:1 eating at 12 noon

I get to eat in 3 hours and 15 minutes which is exciting but whats not so exciting is how much energy I dont have rn and IDK why like I got adequate sleep last night and drank one 8oz cup of coffee thus far with sugar and nothing so far I feel terrible. Any suggestions? Other than eating because I refuse until 12.
