Yeah so I was doing just fine I plan on eating very healthy when I eat my meals only really eating chicken breasts and salads or rice and so today on my first day I had a 8oz Piece of grilled chicken plain with salad with only ranch and I had that at 12 noon and it is now 4pm and holy crap all I can think of is the taste of food in my mouth right now. I downing some coffee drinking tons of water but this thought of food is just lingering like a shark with the scent of blood. Im 16 5'7 and 210lbs and Im trying to lose weight to feel better for myself and about myself and all I want is some motivation and maybe a little boost. Thanks guys!
