Fasting and high pulse/heart rate

Hellow. If you don't want to read my short story, basically I'm just asking if IF could make your heart rate / pulse any faster. Especially after meals

I've been doing fasting for a long time. Only because I felt it was really suited my life. In years, I start having high pulse high heart rate problems. Of course as anyone who should do, I did visit a Cardiologist. They checked, and said everything seems fine and no issues or diseases I could possibly have. After a bit time, I did visit another Cardiologist and again my results was not only good but perfect. Then they told me to visit a Psychiatrist. I did, I'm still using anxiety meds, but it didn't help any. My Psychiatrist asked me about my diet and I tell her that I do fasting. She said, in some scenarios different bodies can take different actions to being hungry, so wanted me to change my diet. And I did start eating normally. Almost nothing changed, I honestly felt slightly better, but till it was just slight, I did get back to fasting. Now my question is, do you guys have any experience on something like that? Is there some people like me? Is that a thing?
