so, I understand that keto diets are superior, but I can't work. I should be working, but my body won't let me. I have a bad back and working out is not working out too well. That said I know I need to attack this from my diet. I been normally doing omad. We're out of food cause poor and I haven't been on keto for a while, but I'm still doing omad. I eat my food salted which I'm naturally not a fan of, but I felt it help. My main concern is, i need to eat beans and rice because money. And well, whatever we have like ramen. I'm still omad most days. I tried a total fast 1 day, I can do. I even feel great. I can work out and I stupidly over do it, great. But when I went to 2 days I start getting light headed got the runs. What could happen? I read an article that was basically saying you could die. Now, I'm generally concerned about 2 day fast and longer given my access to no supplements. I need a plan, is what I need. My goal was a 3 day fast. That was not happening. I worry that I can not do it safely.
