I lost over a 100 pounds 3 times in my life. While battling with anxiety in the middle of it. Each time anxiety had taken over and I relapsed again and again with binge eating and sticking to bad habits. Losing it all and gaining it all back. Through out all the process, i learned a lot of things. You can be motivated all you want, but without Discipline and Consistency to your goals, you will go back to where you started each time. Its not to set you back. Its to teach you the right ways on how to be better. I realized that no matter how strong I am to lose all the weight all over everytime, if I do not have the discipline to stick to it, it’s useless. The hardest thing for me is picking myself back up after gaining all the weight back everytime. I am currently 185 pounds. I recently seeked help for my anxiety and my mental health just keeps getting better and better. I am ready to start this journey again, this time with the right mindset, right tools, and all the knowledge i gained from all the failures i had. To anyone that has gained all the weight back after working so hard for it, you’re not a failure. The experience itself is making you stronger and better. Believe in yourself, and always remember that NO ONE is coming to save you, but YOU. I believe in us!!! 🥰
You are so right!!! Accept who you are right now and forgive yourself for making mistakes. All that matters is you are aware and you are willing to change for the better!! I believe in you! 🧡
Yessss!! Im already congratulating you now! Thank you so much for sharing that!
