Hi all! I'm doing 18:6 IF for the purposes of losing weight & reducing cortisol levels. Goal is 35 lbs down by Christmas, I've already lost 4 lbs in the past 11 days since starting IF. My question is: I take low dose ashawaganda gummies in the morning, they're incredibly helpful for my severe ADHD symptoms. However, my eating window is from 2pm to 8pm. I usually take the gummies around 8 am, along with black coffee. The gummies are 25 calories. Would that be considered breaking my fast? I really REALLY cannot do without them, my focus, stress levels, mental clarity, and mindfulness are all 10× better bc of them. TYIA!

They have it in Costco, not sure if you have a Costco nearby but their supplements supply is fairly vast
