So I am a type 2 diabetic. I recently started to exercise. But I am having a blood sugar problem. I am trying to exercise at the end part of my fast. Today I started with a blood sugar of 90 and only worked out for 20 minutes. 30 minutes after the work out my CGM says my blood sugar is 370!!!! American diabetes society says I need to eat and get my blood sugar up to at least 140 before I start. If that is the case I would be able to do IF and work out it will have to be one or the other. Anyone elseโs have this problem? Today is only the 2nd day of exercise and the first time my blood sugar also went up but not this high.
