I love IF, been doing it for 4 months now. Havent lost a ton of weight, but body recomp happening and I dont think I have a ton to loose so my progress is really slow. I know this is primarily a pro IF group and great for advice and inspiration, but are there any users who have stopped or paused IF, and if so why?
I belong to another group for female IFers and it seemed mostly it was because of no weightloss or bad hormone issues arising after IFing. I just like to see both sides of the coin, I have been nervous about raising cortisol, or wrecking my hormones along the way but have not heard many 1st hand accounts of this actually happening.
