Anyone else have problems controlling the munchies? It sucks. Anybody have any advice? I love smoking weed and I am not ready to give that up. A little about what I have been trying to do. I have been fairly consistently IM for 18/6. I am a diabetic that takes Trulicty and there are times on the days right behind I take my med I have to eat a few carbs here and there to keep my blood sugar safe. I usually have a bag of freeze dried apple for the carbs. I am down around 40 pounds in 5 months. It’s just getting harder and harder to not eat!! Any suggestions??
