So I’ve been following a fast since Wednesday, and now the hunger cravings are getting staringer and stronger. Im not doing this for health reason just to simply look and feel better about myself. But my question is, I’ve read that as long as you stay bellow 500 calories it won’t completely break your fast. How true is that? And what are some things I can do to curve cravings?
