Hey All. Iām 34 year old male, 5 foot 11 and 214 lbs. Iām usually at 195 but I let myself go a little. Looking for help on starting out. From the past when I did this, it was always a struggle on weekends. I would have one cheat day and all of my weight lost would come back it seemed
How much water should I drink? Does 12 hour fast work or is 16 way better? Do I need electrolytes? If so that is recommended? Is the point to only eat two meals? Ie skip breakfast? Also does THC oil break a fast? I take thc oil for anxiety.
I get up every morning at 5am and go to bed at 10PM. So selecting a timeframe for me is always hard
I love going for walks outside or on the treadmill.
Any info/suggestions greatly appreciated.
