Went from 325 to 175 since February of this year 7 day fast omad and rolling 72s

I feel amazing been doing omad and keto to maintain do rolling 72 fasts at least 2 times a month I started at 325 in February and as of now I'm 175 just need 10 pounds to reach my goal weight I love fasting!!
