Dragging on Day 4

Today is day 4 for me with IF (16:8; Fasting from 5:30pm-9:30am) and I'm dragging. I started really feeling tired yesterday about a few hours in (I'm not working out except for light walks at least to start).I honestly probably didn't eat enough then, but I ate a good bit earlier today and upped my water intake and I'm still dragging 😩
