I wanted to brag a bit I guess but also share little weight loss secrets and thoughts.. I started off with the traditional fasting and it didn't work to well for me. In the process I made some dietary changes. Cutting down on sugars and snacks salty ones too. I also just learned to eat less. I saw my weight going down and past a weight I have been at for years. Once that happened I felt more focused on losing more. It's all mind over matter and finding the right way for you. Good luck! I have a ways to go but I'm more positive than ever.
