IF 7 days a week? or do you take breaks?

What the title asks. I'm on a 16:8 schedule that has me starting my fast at ~5 and eating at 9am. works really well for me because i cant stand being hungry in the morning. Its been working really well.
Do any of you take weekends off and just take that time to eat mindfully/track your calories? I'm not worried about over eating that much, ozempic has been a huge help in that department, its more about just being able to have meals with my family without undoing progress for the week or going back to being starving in the end of a fast like I was when I started. I started adding IF to break through a plateau (which it has).
