Hello I am a 235 pound male wanting to lose 40 pounds in 4 months. Can this be done?? I love food but I have the dedication and will power needed. I have seen some amazing results here and would just appreciate various advice from people who have lost a lot of weight with intermittent fasting. Also if there are any tips and tricks you may have used which were unique to yourself.
Please include if there was any exercise involved, and also if during the fasting time did you drink water.
I am great at not eating early in the day, and would like to eat dinner.
Also how do you get through family gatherings and holidays, especially if they are frequent, and sometimes spontaneous.
