So long story short I have really bad anxiety when travelling and don’t eat at all while I’m away, Tuesday I flew to Rome didn’t eat for 48hours. Not to ruin it for my partner I then forced myself to have a roof top dinner, nothing big just a little fine dine meal and then didn’t eat for another 48hours. I tried drinking as much water as I could while I was away and had a Powerade or two just to give me some energy for all the sightseeing, we ended up walking 35miles throughout the break away. Now I’m home I read that a smoothie was a good way to break a fast but it went straight through me and I thought the world was coming out of my backside, the following morning I managed two poached eggs and some toast but still a few hours later the diarrhoea was non stop again. I feel really low on energy and all of a sudden I have a temperature 🤒 any suggestions what I should do next please 🙏
