OMAD - What should the "One Meal" consist of?

For Context - I started OMAD yesterday. Did surprisingly well with not much hunger or discomfort but I suspect that due to having a full days worth of food in me from the day before. Today should be interesting.

I'm 32yrs, 186cm and 132kg (291lbs) and looking to lose 35kg

My big question is what should the One Meal look like - Do I need to focus on stuff that will fill me up or can I eat whatever I want?

Also, I've heard coffee and gum are good in the fasting window but what else can I have to mix it up?
