I've been doing this for months my progress has been slow slow, I went from 16:8 to NMAD, I do have a day or two when with family I will go out for breakfast. I also went gluten free. One thing I notice is my skin is more oily and I'm breaking out like a teenager 😞.
I started over 245 now at 235.6 my GW is 180 for a wedding this August I was walking but joined a learn to run club. Now I do this on Saturdays and try to fit in one walk run 1 to 2 times a week. I've notice my belly more jiggly lol if that makes sense and I've gone from 4 fingers to a three finger measurement lol.
Do other see a slow drop, my calorie intact is low compared to my burn 🔥
