Thanks to everyone in this awesome community! I started IF back in late March at 16:8. At that time I wasn't doing CICO or much exercise. I mainly wanted to see if I could bear not eating for that long. Turns out not only could I, but that I felt much better. Began walking daily (two knee surgeries in the 2000's, so low impact was a priority) and then began 20:4 and CICO. Now happily OMAD/KETO/CICO and incline walking (acquired a treadmill) 45 minutes a day at 4mph. Thank you all for the inspiration!
