The After Dinner Cravings

G'day Everyone,
Jumping back on the bandwagon with a 18:6 and its been working pretty well - Besides the sugar headaches.
My biggest downfall is Dinner - Will usually have it around 6pm with the Family.
About an hour later I will get huge cravings for something else to eat - Is this something I just have to put through or Is there anything else I can do to suppress?
Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated
