Intermittent fasting and Oly lifting

I eat from 12-6 pm and lift in the mornings from like 8-10 am. I do have a plain whey protein shake mixed with water before and after lifting. Okay, I get it, I know, I know there will be murmuring that this is not IF in it's purest form but it's what works best for my schedule and lifestyle. So, are there any others out there Oly lifting and on a IF plan? How's that been going for you? Have you made any adjustments to your eating and/or lifting routines? TIA!
