I work out in my garage, which means I have limited equipment that would otherwise be available at most gyms.
I took the template the /u/gzcl has graciously shared with us and edited the routine to fit my plans and what I have available to me in my garage gym. I left the original template on one of the sheets for comparison and added another for what I have planned.
For sake of clarity, and extra feedback (in case there are exercises that I am unaware of that I'm capable of doing with my current setup), I have the following setup:
- Power rack, w/ landmine attachment
- Barbell
- Free weights, ~600lbs but no where near there yet!
- Powerblocks, currently up to 50
- Resistance bands, (40, 30, 20, 12, 7lbs of resistance) w/ various handles to go with them
- FID bench
- Farmers walk handles (soon - though I'll likely do these pretty frequently for the cardio)
I think that's everything that would be relevant.
Without further ado, my routine in question can be found here! EDIT: Fixed link
Thanks in advance!
