This power as stated will give you the ability to alter and upgrade biology of any living organism, along with transferring, storing, improving, evolving, and combining traits of different species. You will be given a perfect understanding of how these traits would effect other living organisms if given to them, however while knowing if the effect will be beneficial or outright torture it will not stop you from being able to do it.

Some examples ideas of what you can use for this power: upgrading the human blood circulation system to produce a stronger, more intelligent person than before.

Giving a dog wings and hollow bones so it can fly.

Giving fungi the ability to turn carbon dioxide into oxygen.

Swapping someone's gender and changing their appearance entirely.
