You do have control of this power and decide when to use so say you cut your mom out of your life you won’t be erased from existence unless you want to!

Say a friend stole your life savings and lost it at the casino you cut them out of your life and erase the influence they had so it’s like you never met them. It’s not shitty and it’s not a curse just unpredictable!

Say you want to bring them back into your life you can’t just undo it you have to meet them again and then you can make everything back to normal again!

Seems like a power some entity uses on a person so they don’t take what they for granted. Like those movie or episode plots.
