How high should cables be for high to low chest flys to hit lower chest?

I don’t know if it matters but am smol 🥺 I’m like 5’5”. I saw one fitness influencer say the cable should be like a bit above your head…which is not that high up given my height I guess but like I also have seen multiple fitness YouTubers who are maybe 5’8 5’9 and their cables are practically all the way at the top so which one is the correct way
