I recently checked the scale after three months of bulking and saw zero weight gain. I’m starting to lose motivation and need new ideas.
I attribute most of my failure to the Adderall I take. I would stop taking it if it didn’t have such an incredibly positive impact on my mental health and motivation. Does anyone else have the same problem?
Are there any supplements that increase ghrelin? Are there any meals that are super easy to stomach and high in calories (and preferably quick to make?) I feel like I spend so much time preparing food that I start feeling ill and don’t finish it.
