Really low TDEE?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask?

I'm 40 male and just under 5'8". I've been bulking and cutting for a few years now and gone from over weight to underweight over that period. I'm really good at counting calories and I log every thing but my TDEE is extremely low and I'm wondering if this is normal? I can literally bulk on 2000 and gain 0.5lb per week which would mean my TDEE is around 1750. Surely this isn't normal?

I eat nearly the exact same thing every day apart from Saturdays where I may increase my carbs. I lift 5 days per week for around 1 to 2 hours each session.

Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
