Hello. I started on a clean bulk in February 2017 so around 11 months ago & I was 136lb at 5'8" tall. I have added a lot of fat but mostly around my lower abdomen & lower back.
I am now just under 170lb & will shortly be cutting down. All my lifts have increased but not as much as I would have hoped but they are still increasing & that's why I have been hesitant to start cutting.
Could I please ask if you can see much difference in muscle gains? I know its hard to see because of the added fat but I definitely feel as if I have added some muscle on my chest, upper chest, arms, back & quads. My arms have increased in size from 13" to 15" & they are still very lean. Thanks.
