Does anyone put an emphasis on vegetables when gaining?

I see the usual suspects here all the time : milk, chicken , brown rice , sweet potato ...

But I never hear any other gainers talk about leafy vegetables like Broccoli, Brussels , or Kale for instance?

Does anyone make a concentrated effort to add a lot of veggies to their diet too?

I've been having a kale , carrot , apple , and avocado smoothie every morning. Typically this is associated with weight loss, but I'm trying to GAIN baby, while staying healthy too
