I lift 4 days a week and eat about 4,000 calories a day, only missing my goal every once in awhile. I log my calories and keep a journal.
Though, I also play basketball about 4 days a week. I feel like I burn off all my excess energy, and the scale isn't going up. But I love it and I can't imagine I'd be better off without the extra exercise.
The scale isn't moving upward very quick though. Do I just need to up my calories even more? As it is I eat 3 ~1000 calorie meals and drink an 1,000 calorie shake. This shit is tough
