Freaking out on whether to deal with acne or lose milk from my diet

Skinny guy, doing ICF for about 3 months.

Pretty sweet strength and size gains, but unfortunately some acne gains too. ( I'm 23 M )

Someone recommended cutting dairy for a few weeks, but I've been drinking whole milk with every meal, and using it with whey protein for my daily shake.

I'm a skinny guy and trying to bulk, milk just makes things so much easier

Should I just deal with the pimples, or should I try to find some dairy alternatives?

Is there anything similar in calorie count ?
