Slight progress the past month 160-180lb at 6ft 2in tall, the first 2 pictures is the most recent and the last two is least recent, tbh idk wtf Iā€™m doing but I try to train my hardest lifting weights getting around 10-12 sets 2x A week for back, chest, legs. Every other muscle group like 6-9sets twice a week and eat as much as I can as healthy as I can too, I hit cardio everyday and try to either swim or run 2 miles or sprints. Open to any advice.
