1/4 costco cheese pizza 60 grams of protein and about 1100 calories $2.50. 2 shamrock 30 gram protein shakes (80/20, casein/whey) 400 calories $2.80. Really vouch for these shakes because they are way cheaper for someone like me sensitive to whey and lactose then buying casein powder and lactose free milk to combine it with and also taste only slightly worse than fairlife for a good bit cheaper.
