I've had problems all of my life with gaining weight. I'm finally getting to the point where my body is at least "filling out," all except my my chest. I max out at 155lb flat bench but it still seems like I've got nothing there. Any tips on increasing the muscle mass? Secondly, what amount of calorie intake am I looking at to gain weight? I have a feeling that I really don't eat enough to gain weight. I'm an Ultimate Frisbee captain as well so I do quite a bit of cardio, it's off season at the moment though so I'm looking to gain a bit before I go back to HARD cardio.
