Bench press form check 65kg @ 68kg bw

I'm on month 3 of my cut and lost nearly 24lb so not expecting my strength to increase at this point and I'm basically stuck at 65kg 3x5 so thought I'd ask for a form check. I'm struggling with using leg drive. I failed rep 5 of the last set. Any advice please?
