Getting back into pendlay rows. My issue is my back is round at the start of the rep but if I get my hips low enough to straighten it out my knees get in the way of the bar path. (Short arm problems) Wondering if anyone has this issue and any solutions you've found that help? I thought about building some 2 or 3 inch blocks to start from. 🤔
