33f white if it matters.
My jaw muscles have become overwhelmingly tight, including clicking and various other symptoms of TMJ. I would like to stretch these muscles in some way that would both increase range of motion (hurts if I bite an Apple at present) and hopefully strengthen the joint.
Any thoughts or PT links would be appreciated.
I am notoriously stiff everywhere else in my body and have experimented with massage as well as daily stretches though I have to admit not much has really worked as I travel too much for a sedentary job.
