So this has gone on for a decent while now, but my neck always favors the right direction rather than the left (I am right hand dominant). The only injury I can think of as relevant is that I have a right shoulder subluxation chronic issue. My shoulders are also tilted slightly, left being higher than my right.
Now for the issue: my neck definitely favors my right side over my left. When I lie down, I constantly find myself leaning towards the right side, and it strains me to lean the other way. If I try to turn my head, it is much easier for me to turn right than to turn left. The strain only occurs at the furthest turning point, and is only a light strain at the beginning angles, nothing to be incredibly discomforting.
How serious of an issue is this? Is it a condition, or just a product of being right-hand dominant? Are there significant solutions I can utilize?
