Limited hip flexion

So after having both my hips resurfaced ( Birmingham hip resurfacing) a few years ago, I still have shit hip flexion. Maybe a little more than 90 degrees. It’s so bad I can’t bend over to grab stuff off the ground and I struggle to put on socks. Been to multiple physical therapist with no luck. At this point I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
