I’m a beginner to stretching but not to working out. Where should I start?

So as the title says, and I think my hamstrings, hips and lower back have taken a massive hit over the years due to flat feet. I’m 22M, not quite in shape but I’m not a stranger to the gym and working out.

Just getting down to brass tacks,

A) I want to get overall more flexible as a whole. But especially in the hips/hamstring region B) if I train at the gym for an hour ish from mon-fri, when should I incorporate any stretching? C) how much should I be doing it, how intense should it be and how long should it take on average? D) Provided I stick to a routine, when should I expect to see any improvements? E) Is it recommended to stick to one muscle group per stretching session, or could I for example effectively stretch my back and hamstrings for example in the same day. I only rest from the gym Saturday and Sunday so I’m not keen on turning it into essentially another workout, but I’ll do it if that’s what I have to do.

Do you guys have any routines you’d recommend?

As a footnote I do squats and deadlifts at the gym, for squats I’ll have to check my form but I always feel like I’m getting good depth.

Thanks in advance everyone !
