Hamstring cramps when reaching back to grab foot in yoga; How do I stop it?

In addition to staying hydrated and making sure I have enough potassium/magnesium in my diet, are there any stretches that can help my hamstrings to chill out and not cramp so much? Specifically when I am doing back bending of some sort and reach to grab my foot, I get cramps immediately. I never get them or cramps in general otherwise.
