I work on flexibility (dynamic, active and passive) for about an hour, 5 times a week. I've used various programs and coaches. I can't spend much more time on this than I currently do each week, and my progress is best when I'm very consistent.
The problem I encounter is that if I combine leg/hip flex work (towards splits, pikes etc) with backbends, I feel like I shortchange both. But if I split them up into different days, there's often too long between each area's stretch session (IMO).
Any ideas how to best progress in these two areas, given the amount of time that I have each week? Is combining them into one session the best I can realistically do?
