Flexibility with a Tummy Tuck

Has anyone here had a tummy tuck? They remove a huge amount of skin. So much that it takes a while before you can even stand up straight. Picture what it would be like to bend your arm if you had your stretchy elbow skin removed. My tummy tuck is almost 7 years old, so it's healed & I'm able to stand straight without a pulling sensation, but if I stretch my back backwards, I feel a pull; Like there's not enough skin for me to stretch. Will I ever be able to have a bendy back? Will my skin stretch as I stretch to accommodate me? I started stretching my back, but I'm so curious to know if anyone here with a tummy tuck has had issues with back flexibility/tightness.
