These books have helped me soo much.

The trigger point therapy handbook and Becoming a supple leopard. Whenever I start to get a nagging pain I reference these two. I've nipped a lot of things in the bud without having to see a doctor. Now if something is serious you should see a doctor, but I've learned a lot from these books which I think help since I'm getting older and starting to realize my body just isn't as resilient as it once was. I know I'm still rather young, but still.
