Hi all,
So, last year I went through a patch where I started weightlifting and was eating a lot to compensate. Last Christmas I ended up taking a massive break from the gym, and coupled with the terrible food you eat at Christmas, I put on some weight.
I'm still going to the gym, but simultaneously still not lifting massive weights. I weight 84kg, and I'm still struggling to bench press more than 50kg for 5 sets of 5.
For the last year or two, I've really felt that my belly is massive, and I feel really overweight. The first two photos show me attempting to have good posture and "tensing", whilst the final two photos show the situation where I push my belly out as far as it will go. Is it normal for bellies to be noticeably protruding when pushed out? What can I do to get rid of this belly? Any guidance appreciated!
